You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.

2. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Using the Site, reading its content, or submitting a contact or appointment request does not by itself create a provider–patient relationship. A provider–patient relationship is established only through a formal appointment, evaluation, and mutual agreement to provide care.

3. Informational Content Only

Content on the Site including articles, blog posts, and service descriptions is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified health provider regarding any medical or mental-health condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on the Site.

4. Not for Emergencies

The Site is NOT for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

5. Telepsychiatry and Service Area

We offer telepsychiatry and in-person services to patients physically located in Texas [VERIFY licensed states]. Services may be subject to clinical appropriateness, licensure requirements, and applicable law. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where they are not clinically appropriate or permitted.

6. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Appointment requests submitted through the Site or the third-party scheduler are requests only and are not confirmed until we accept them. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and payment terms are governed by our practice policies [insert or link your cancellation/no-show policy]. The scheduling tool is operated by a third party and is subject to that provider’s own terms.

7. Insurance and Payment

We accept a number of insurance plans and offer self-pay options. Coverage, eligibility, and out-of-pocket amounts depend on your plan and are your responsibility to verify. Please contact our office for current insurance and billing information [VERIFY accepted plans].
