We offer telepsychiatry and in-person services to patients physically located in Texas [VERIFY licensed states]. Services may be subject to clinical appropriateness, licensure requirements, and applicable law. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where they are not clinically appropriate or permitted.

6. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Appointment requests submitted through the Site or the third-party scheduler are requests only and are not confirmed until we accept them.
